About Our Club

Tralee Toastmasters Club was established in 1993 and is the oldest club in our Toastmaster Area. It has about 30 active members and a diverse range of ages and occupations. It is a high standard club having achieved numerous awards over the years. It has produced Area, Division and District winners in many speech contests.

If you are looking to improve your public speaking skills or to take part in a fun and exciting social group then Tralee Toastmasters is the answer to your quest.

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month, September to May, at Kerins O’Rahillys GAA Clubhouse, Tralee at 8p.m. sharp.

We absolutely love when guests attend. A subscription of €5 is requested to cover the cost of the Tea/Coffee break at 9 p.m. Guests are most welcome to come and see at first-hand what Toastmasters is all about. To put your mind at ease, guests are NEVER asked to speak at meetings. It is up to you when you to decide if/when you would like to start speaking publicly. Our meetings conclude by 10 p.m. when some members retire to the bar, to wet their whistles!
